The prestigious setting of the Palazzo della Gran Guardia hosts on the 1st and 2nd of February the event dedicated entirely to the flagship product of the Valpolicella appellation: Amarone Opera Prima.
The event has reached its twentieth edition. A special edition that also celebrates the important milestone of the 100 years of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Valpolicella (1925-2025).
The public and industry operators will be able to taste the Amarone wine of Valpolicella on Saturday after 4:00 p.m. and all day on Sunday.
The Amarone, the "Grande Rosso" protagonist of the event, will be accompanied by gastronomic tastings inspired by the local tradition.
King of Valpolicella, a refined meditation wine, Amarone is a passito unanimously considered one of the finest wines in the world, number one among the Veronese wines.

Admission is reserved for those over 18 years of age.
Tickets are available online with presale (from 42 euros) and on-site (from 50 euros) during the days of the event, subject to availability. During the days of the event the ticket office will close earlier.
The ticket includes a glass to be collected at the entrance of the event, free tasting at the company desks and two tastings of economic products in the reserved area.

For operators in the sector HORECA, import/export of wine, retail trade, wholesale trade of food and wine products, wine sector and sommelier is reserved a reduced price on the entrance ticket, to be requested by mail to info@consorziovalpolicella.it.
