Enolitech is the show within the show: located inside Vinitaly, in the same exhibition center, it houses the technology and innovation hub.

Organized into two experiential areas, one dedicated to wineries and the other to catering services, it hosts an exhibition pathway with innovative, accessory, technological, and digital solutions for wine and beer production.

The extensive exhibition covers the entire production cycle: from the nursery to the winery and the oil mill.

In the area dedicated to viticulture and oenology, there are machinery for vineyards, irrigation systems, equipment for winemaking and aging.
