The exhibition spaces of EARTH Foundation host, in collaboration with Magnum Photos agency, the new exhibition project Errand and Epiphany: a solo exhibition by American photographer Alex Webb.
The exhibition features 78 photographs that reveal the originality of one of the pioneers of the second generation of color photographers, capable of transforming visual language into an emotional and vibrant narrative.
Webb collects fragments of stories of people in remote places on earth, and the epiphany is the moment of revelation, where banality transforms into surprise. His photographs reveal his spirit as a street photographer: his approach is driven by a sense of curiosity and discovery towards the places and people that inhabit them.
The photographer's style is described as organized chaos, on the edge of saturation, not only for the use of vivid colors but also for the multitude of subjects that populate his shots and synthesize his vision of things.
Errand and Epiphany is a special occasion to engage with the work of the American photographer, who boasts a career filled with awards and international recognition.
