Et in terra pax. Coro Lirico San Giovanni

Sunday December 14 at the Church of San Nicolò all'Arena, the Coro Lirico San Giovanni delights the Christmas season with a choral concert music review.

The Coro Lirico San Giovanni, made up of 30 members (Chorus Master Andrea Cristofolini), is featured alongside the Sonika Orchestra, soprano Barbara Avesani, contralto Francesca Della Libera, tenor Zhan Zhen, and bass Maurizio Franceschetti.

The direction and coordination of the evening is entrusted to Maestro Mauro Roveri, and the program focuses on the performance of the Mass Op. 86 in C-Major by L. Van Beethoven, a little-performed work that can be considered almost a "premiere" for Verona and the province.

The organization of the evening is managed by the musical and cultural association Coro Lirico San Giovanni, with the sponsorship of the municipality of Verona.
 
The admission is free with a fundraising campaign in favor of Telethon/Uildm, for the research and treatment of rare diseases.
