On Friday, August 15, 2025, starting at 12:30 PM, the traditional Assumption celebration will take place in Piazzetta Sole (Carega district).
His Excellency Monsignor Domenico Pompili, Bishop of Verona, will give the blessing at the votive shrine of the Assunta and to all participants. At the end of the ceremony, the Committee will offer everyone minestrone and the classic "white of friendship from Carega".
The event, which has been repeated for decades, offers the citizens of Verona the opportunity to share moments of socialization while valuing tradition and friendship.
