Giulietta&Romeo Half Marathon

The iconic Verona half marathon, the most romantic race of the year, celebrates its 19th edition this year and invites you to join on the weekend of Valentine's Day, Sunday, February 15.

The start is in Piazzale Olimpia, in front of the Bentegodi Stadium, where the finish is also located.

The official 21 km route touches the most emblematic points of the city of Verona, with a path that crosses places rich in history, immersed in the romantic atmosphere that envelops Verona during the weekend dedicated to lovers.

For those who do not wish to run the full 21 km, they can.. split the route in half!
Indeed, there is the Relay Marathon, a non-competitive relay that allows participants to split the route with another person, within the half marathon course.

Families who want to enjoy a walk in the city while running or walking can choose the Family Run, a non-competitive route of about 7 km, suitable for the whole family, starting at 8:15 AM.

Running in Verona is equivalent to a complete immersion in the history of this artistic city, and the Giulietta&Romeo Half Marathon becomes one of the most captivating races in the world.

The race is recognized by the Italian Athletics Federation as one of the excellence events in Italy both from an organizational standpoint and in terms of the number of participants, and it is included in international calendars, having been classified as a Gold Label event by Fidal for many years.
