Appointments for the month of March between awaited returns and new proposals!
Let's talk about it. In dialogue with the present:
On Saturday, March 14 at 5:30 PM, a meeting dedicated to a major current issue: "The Referendum Explained", an opportunity to better understand the content, implications, and perspectives of a fundamental tool in democratic life.
Monsignor Bruno Fasani, journalist, commentator, and Prefect of the Capitolare, will engage in an open discussion with magistrates Andrea Mirenda and Roberto Fontana on the reasons for Yes and No, to provide useful tools for an informed choice.
Free admission until seats are filled - reservation recommended.
Mages, alchemists, seers, and inquisitors
On Sunday, March 15 at 3:00 PM, the guided tour returns among the mysterious pages of magic books preserved in the Capitolare.
An enchanting journey through formulas and rituals, alchemical recipes, processes for witchcraft, poisons and antidotes, ancient techniques for interpreting the future.
Amidst light and shadow, we will discover details and symbols that have fueled the collective imagination over the centuries, inspiring famous literary and cinematic sagas.
During the meeting, ancient manuscripts and printed texts will be displayed closely.
Beyond the Comedy - Dante's Universe in Capitolare
On March 25, on the occasion of Dantedì, a thematic visit entirely dedicated to Dante Alighieri, the poet who transformed the vulgar language into a tool capable of narrating Hell and Paradise, politics and love, human frailty and hope.
Through manuscripts and ancient printed editions, which can be observed up close, we retrace the moment when word becomes poetry and language acquires a new expressive strength, broadening the view on the link between Dante, Verona, and the Capitolare.
