Guided tour to the Miniscalchi-Erizzo Museum in italian

A special guided tour of the Miniscalchi-Erizzo Museum in the historic center of Verona.

On Sunday, October 12th at 3 PM, a guided tour suitable for everyone is scheduled that will allow visitors to discover the architectural treasures and works of art housed in Palazzo Miniscalchi, a splendid ancient building in the heart of Verona, inhabited for five centuries by the descendants of the noble families of Miniscalchi and Erizzo. Over time, the house has become a private museum open to all.

This is an eclectic museum, where you can admire paintings, archaeological collections, 18th-century Venetian furnishings, ivories, porcelain, weapons and armor from the 15th/16th century, and some significant objects that were part of the “Wunderkammer” of Ludovico Moscardo (17th century), including the famous astrolabe known as “the astrolabe of Verona”.

Accompanied by the guide, visitors will get to know better the stories of its owners and the works that still today make it a true architectural and artistic gem.
