La Città del Jazz

The review “The City of Jazz” restarts, now in its eleventh edition, presented by the Big Band Ritmo Sinfonica "Città di Verona" in collaboration with the Municipality of Verona - Department of Culture, Tourism and relations with Unesco.

The program includes 6 evenings titled “Miles Davis. A Century of Jazz”, a musical journey that develops from ragtime and dixieland, up to modern jazz.

December 21, 2025: Christmas Concert - Big-Band Ritmo-Sinfonica Città di Verona

January 15, 2026: Miles Mood Quartet (David Boato, Ivan Farmakovskiy, Lorenzo Conte, Pasquale Fiore)

February 11, 2026: Miles in the Fifties (Danilo Memoli, Nicola Monti, Jerry Popolo, Oreste Soldano, Kurt Weiss)

March 17, 2026: The Prestige Sessions (Gianluca Carollo meets Andrea Tarozzi, Federico Valdemarca, Oreste Soldano)

April 8, 2026: Big Band Ritmo Sinfonica Città di Verona and All Miles Quartet (Matteo Alfonso, Martino De Franceschi, Francesco Assini, Luca Manfredi)

May 7, 2026: Jazz School Kind of Blue Collective
