Mostre itineranti Rivela: La Sagrada Familia

From March 21 to May 24, 2026, the Levante Silos of the Santa Marta University Complex will host the new edition of the exhibition “The Last Supper by Leonardo Da Vinci. Between the Folds of the Soul,” a journey that encompasses the main pictorial works of Leonardo, taking the opportunity of the five-hundredth anniversary of his death, with a focus on the Milanese years and in particular on the Last Supper, curated by art historian Sister Maria Gloria Riva, in collaboration with the Rivela Association.

With a strong educational value, the exhibition is enriched by a new educational contribution accompanied by questions of an existential nature, designed to help students and visitors compare themselves with the figures of the apostles. The scene of the painting captures the drama of the moment when Jesus in the Gospel of John states: “Truly, I say to you, one of you will betray me!”, capturing the key to interpreting the human and spiritual drama that runs through the work, inviting each person to reflect on their own choices, responsibilities, and relationships.

In synergy between school, culture, and territory, the project aims to strengthen transversal skills, well-being, and active participation, with 70 students from twelve schools in Verona taking the lead, involved as guides within a School-Work Training project (FSL – formerly PCTO), realized in collaboration with various educational institutions.

The project is part of the Plan for the Expansion of Educational Offerings of the Veneto Region, with the support of public entities and companies in the territory, and is included in the program of “Vinitaly and the City 2026.”
