Opera season at the Philharmonic Theater

The Arena Foundation celebrates another year of success at the Philharmonic Theatre and presents the rich program of the 2026 opera and ballet season, which features 7 productions: 5 opera titles and 2 ballets.

In January, the month of Mozart, Don Giovanni by the genius of Salzburg will return to the stage in the production by the Arena Foundation.

In February, the curtain will exceptionally rise on the stage of the Ristori Theatre for a new baroque production: Vivaldi’s L’Olimpiade, which will be presented in a production by the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées.

In March, the artistic and technical ensembles of the Arena will return to the Philharmonic Theatre for Verdi’s ultimate masterpiece: Falstaff.

After the summer break, the opera will return to the theatre at the end of October with Amelia al ballo by Menotti, making its debut at the theatre, preceded by Stravinsky’s ballet Jeu de cartes, in a new production by the Arena Foundation of Verona.

In November, it will be the turn of Puccini’s La Bohème, while in December, the highly anticipated appointment with The Swan Lake will return.
