The event program of Pianura Golosa offers a combination of creative workshops, sensory experiences, guided tastings, and educational activities that engage both adults and children, promoting a conscious approach to food, culinary culture, and the traditions of the Verona area.
Saturday, March 1st – First day of workshops

In the workshop of Master Geppetto (11:00 – 12:30): a creative workshop for adults and children with Chiara Lorenzetti, where “waste” wood is given new life by transforming it into original works.

Dialogue with food (15:00 – 16:00): a sound and sensory experience for children (3-11 years), with instruments, software, and animated readings that turn food into music.

In-pastami (16:30 – 17:30): a practical egg pasta dough workshop using ancient grains, where participants will learn to roll out and make tagliatelle.

Food and emotions, an unbreakable bond (17:30 – 18:30): with Daniela Campolongo, naturopath, an in-depth look at the relationship between emotional hunger and feelings, and how to address it with natural remedies.
Sunday, March 2nd – Second day of activities

Basic clay course (11:00 – 12:30): a creative workshop for children to shape clay and create small objects to take home.

Food and emotions, an unbreakable bond (15:00 – 16:00): repeat of the workshop dedicated to understanding the link between emotional hunger and feelings.
