Reenactment of the Salita delle Torricelle, a historic Verona race held for 14 non-consecutive editions from 1923 to 1957, which featured Enzo Ferrari among its protagonists.
The gathering/exhibition of the vehicles will take place in the stunning setting of Piazza S. Zeno, where the vehicles will be on display for the public and enthusiasts will be able to admire authentic mechanical gems up to 10:00 a.m..
From 10:00 a.m. onwards, the vehicles will start, one minute apart from each other, heading towards the Torricelle along an urban route, passing through the Regaste, Corso Cavour, Lungadige Matteotti, and Via Nievo.
Once the section of Castel San Felice is reached, the drivers will take part in a 1.6 km skill challenge, in two heats, on a route closed to traffic, with passage over pressure sensors.
The splendid vehicles participating in the event are part of the historical automotive heritage and can be admired, in addition to Piazza San Zeno, along the entire urban route or, mid-morning, at the Piper parking lot on Via Torricelle 7/a, where the cars will stop for reorganization before the second heat.
