Road to Milano Cortina 2026

The 20 Palazzina of the former Arsenal hosts the traveling exhibition “Road To Milano Cortina 2026": an opportunity to experience the Olympic spirit up close with an exhibition path that guides the public to discover the history of the Olympic Games.

The exhibition, with free admission, offers a rich selection of historical prints dedicated to the summer and winter Olympics, from the Athens Games of 1896 to the most recent editions.
Particular attention is given to the 1956 Cortina Winter Olympics, the centenary of the summer Olympic Games, the history of the winter games, and the initiatives promoted by Coni Verona in the area.

The initiative is conceived by Stefano Gnesato, Provincial Delegate for Coni Verona, and began in April 2025.

The exhibition is aimed at a wide audience: children, teenagers, young people, and adults.
The goal is to convey the foundational values of sport and Olympism – friendship, inclusion, respect, loyalty, and solidarity – through images and documents that tell over a century of international sports history.
