The most awaited event of spring in Mambrotta is back! From April 22 to May 3, 2026, the Sagra dei Sparasi di Mambrotta reopens its doors to celebrate asparagus with good food, tradition, and a desire to come together.

It is not just an event: it is a sensory experience that has its roots in the 1800s. The white asparagus is a highly prized variety that grows exclusively in specific climate and soil conditions; the one from Mambrotta is cultivated in unique sandy soils, near the banks of the Adige, and has a unique flavor due to its qualities and sweetness.

Come and try the best sparasi of Mambrotta every day from 7:00 PM, and on holidays also for lunch from 12:00 PM (Sunday, May 3, only for lunch).
