Sfilata di Carnevale a San Giovanni Lupatoto

Everything is ready in San Giovanni Lupatoto for the grand parade of floats and masked groups that will color the streets of the town, scheduled for Saturday, February 21, starting at 2 PM.

The colorful parade will start in via Garofoli from the area of the former Paper Factory and will continue through via Madonnina and Piazza Umberto I. Opening the parade will be the King of Goto, the popular mask of the town and one of the oldest in Italy. Following him will be the Daddy of Gnoco, the beloved lord of the Veronese carnival, accompanied by his court. The masked procession will be led by the band of Grezzana with the majorettes, followed by the masks of the city and those of the province. Numerous floats and allegorical groups have assured their presence at the event, which attracts thousands of spectators along the streets of the route every year.
