Shakespeare in dream

In a national premiere in Verona, ideated and choreographed by the master Marcella Galbusera, in co-production between ARTE3 and Estate Teatrale Veronese, the performance Shakespeare in dream is staged in the setting of the Bastione delle Maddalene.

The project explores the reality of dreams and the ephemeral, but also of magic, bringing dance to a new dimension of fantasy that reinvents the phases of life, inspiring the audience to embrace the unexpected and the transformations of the body, due to the passage of time, while encouraging them to live it to the fullest.

A experimentation that involves a group of over 50s, with the participation of Veronese and national choreographers, psychologists and psychotherapists from the University of Verona, professional dancers, and musicians. The aim of the project is to encourage the development of healthy lifestyles and increase citizen participation in the world of culture and artistic activities.

The project benefits from the dramaturgical consultancy of Andrea de Manincor from Casa Shakespeare and live musical performances by musicians Stefano Benini and Enrico Terragnoli.
