Do you want an alternative to Sunday shopping? Come to Valpolicella, the homeland of Amarone! Relax among the hills covered with vineyards and olive trees, where you can taste His Majesty's Amarone. Departure is at 10.00 from Verona, and we will immediately head to the extrordinary land of Valpolicella, legendary for its wines since the Roman times. On the Valpolicella wine route you will enjoy panoramic views of the hills and vineyards. We will stop at San Giorgio di Valpolicella, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, or in Marano, from where it is possible to admire the entire Valpolicella and visit the archaeological site of the temple of Minerva or the church of Santa Maria in Valverde. We will then move to a local winery, where you can satisfy all your curiosities about the wine production phases, and you will taste the prestigious DOC and DOCG wines of Valpolicella, including Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto.
