Join one of our cooking classes in the heart of Verona. Prepare a dish of handmade pasta with simple, genuine, and seasonal ingredients. At the end of the course, savor your creation in the historic tasting room of Pagus, pairing the food you cooked with local DOC wines.

An incredible day of authentic food and wine, discover our Cooking class with wine tasting in Verona! The course will be held in the heart of Verona, at our shop right in front of Castelvecchio. Our cooking course is the best way to learn how to cook an authentic Italian recipe in a friendly and informal setting. Your instructor will explain all the recipes using traditional Italian cooking methods. One of our experts will guide you to discover the flavors of our wine regions. Above all, the course is entirely hands-on... are you ready to "get your hands dirty"?

You will prepare a first course (such as handmade fresh pasta or gnocchi with seasonal sauce). Everyone, with the help of the instructor, will cook and learn the basic skills needed to prepare authentic Italian dishes. Additionally, the dish will be prepared with Italian and seasonal ingredients. After a couple of hours of cooking, you will be able to taste the fruits of your labor! You will enjoy a platter of cold cuts and cheeses along with the dish you prepared in our historic 18th-century tasting room, paired with local DOC wines.
