Cooking class with wine tasting

Take part in one of our cooking classes in the heart of Verona. Prepare a traditional dish with genuine and seasonal ingredients. At the end of the class, taste your creation in the historic tasting room of Pagus, pairing the food you have cooked with DOC local wines.

An incredible day of authentic food and wine, discover our cooking class with wine tasting in Verona! The class will take place in the heart of Verona, at our store right in front of Castelvecchio. Our cooking class is the best way to learn how to cook authentic Italian recipes in a friendly and informal environment. Your teacher will explain all the recipes using traditional Italian cooking methods. One of our wine experts will guide you in discovering the flavors of our wine territories. Best of all, the class is completely hands-on... are you ready to "get your hands dirty"?

You will prepare a first course (e.g. handmade fresh pasta or gnocchi with a seasonal sauce). Everyone, with the help of the teacher, will cook and learn the basic skills needed to prepare an authentic Italian dish. Plus, all the dishes will be prepared with Italian and seasonal ingredients. After an hour and a half of cooking you’ll enjoy the fruits of your work! You will taste a charcuterie and cheese platter and the dish you have prepared in our historic eighteenth-century tasting room, paired with DOC local wines.
