Masterclass - The Great Sweet Wines of Valpolicella: Amarone and Recioto
Saturday, December 6th and Sunday, December 7th
An experience that smells of history, ancient flavors, and technique immersed in the Christmas atmosphere of Cantina La Dama!
Four vintages of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico will be compared to discover the evolving notes of this Passito: vintages 2019 - 2018 - 2013 and 2010.
Each vintage will of course have a gourmet pairing designed and thought out by our Sommelier!
We'll conclude the experience with a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella tasting a special historic vintage, 2016, in the beautiful setting of our barrel room! A very sweet finale ... is guaranteed!
