Visit the cellar and winemaking area, with stoneware monoliths and modern fermentation tanks, and dive into the heart of our wine production.

Finish with a guided tasting: two Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore wines, Amarone and Recioto, paired with local delicacies like sopressa veronese, coppa aged in Amarone, Monte Veronese cheese, and our extra virgin olive oil.

The term OLY / PLY Warm-Up refers to the free Olympic and Paralympic “Warm-Up” experiences that are part of the initiative “Towards the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics: sport and wellness as a driver of attractiveness for Verona and Local Brands”, co-funded by resources from the National Tourism Fund – Current Expenditure 2025, and promoted by the Veneto Region.
