Yoga and Trekking in Lessinia
Two appointments with relaxation and nature, a short walk to reconnect with the surrounding environment and then relax with a yoga practice.
An experience to fully enjoy the wonderful landscapes of Lessinia and find oneself, disconnecting from everyday life.
We await you on Sunday, December 7th at 1:00 PM in Lughezzano (Bosco Chiesanuova) for a short 3 km trek and a yoga practice suitable for everyone (indoors).

The name OLY / PLY Warm-Up refers to the free experiences of "Olympic and Paralympic Warm-Up" that are part of the initiative "Towards the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympics: sports and wellness as a lever of attractiveness for Verona and Area Brands", co-financed with resources from the National Tourism Fund current share 2025, and promoted by the Veneto Region.
