An experience dedicated to the ancient art of fresh and stuffed pasta, a symbol of Italian culinary tradition and the pleasure of creating with hands and heart. Guided by our chef Paolo Pampanini, participants will watch an interactive show cooking where different types of fresh and stuffed pasta will be prepared using genuine, seasonal ingredients from our synergistic garden.
Step by step, the chef will illustrate techniques, secrets, and curiosities related to the making of the dough, the choice of fillings, and the cooking and seasoning methods, transforming simple ingredients into dishes rich in flavor and personality.
The sessions will take place partly in the kitchen and partly in the spaces of the Platys Center Verona, a welcoming environment where the passion for good food meets the values of well-being and sharing.
Although the meeting does not include a direct hands-on part, participants will be able to intervene with questions, curiosities, and observations, experiencing a moment of authentic participation and discovery.
At the end, the experience will culminate in the tasting of the prepared recipes, for a sensory journey through the flavors, aromas, and creativity of Italian cuisine.
