You will be able to compare different styles and speak directly with the producers. During the trip, you will enjoy the fantastic scenery of our hills and their vineyards. The best way to end such a beautiful morning before returning to the city of Verona? Definitely have lunch in an enoteca, or in a typical local osteria, to enjoy our traditional cuisine in an authentic Valpolicellese atmosphere!
Some reviews:
We did a full day wine tour of the Valpolicella wine region with Davide. Davide is a great guide who told us a lot about the wine and the region itself. I’m addition, we visited two very nice wineries where we were welcomed by two very nice en enthusiastic hosts. To make the day complete we had an amazing lunch. It was a great day and I would recommend everyone to do a wine tour here! Unfortunately, we did not stay long enough in Verona to do another wine tour with Davide in another region.

The Amarone country- full day tour was single handedly the best wine tour I’ve been on. The pickup location is located in a central spot so it is easy to find. Our tour with Anna started promptly at 9. On our drive to the first vineyard, Anna was telling us about the region and gave us background on the different wines we would be trying. A member of our group tends to get motion sickness but Anna expertly drove all day without any issues! Our first stop was a beautiful large traditional vineyard. We got to walk the grounds and had an incredibly in dept eat our of the entire Amarone process, all while taking in the wonderful scenery. We got to try 4 different products at the first vineyard and even got to sample 2 extra products at the end! The next vineyard wasn’t too far and Anna explained that this vineyard was almost completely opposite from the one we were just at. Upon arrival, I could tell immediately and was almost a bit nervous, but it blew me away. This vineyard gave a bit of background but focused more on their wines and their story. We got to try 5 wines here and they even provided a snack, which was unexpected. The wines were delicious!! The drive to lunch was a drive through the country and mountains (so for city people could be a bit nerve wracking, but was a breeze for Anna). The food was phenomenal, with breathtaking views that I will truly never forget. It is exactly what we were looking for. Anna was the most amazing tour guide. She was kind, knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions(about wine, the area, and other general quwstions). I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience.
