The tour starts from Pagus Wine Club, right in front of Castelvecchio, from where a licensed local guide will lead you through the heart of Verona’s historic center through the city’s most iconic landmarks:

• Piazza Brà – Admire the stunning Arena di Verona, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters.
• Via Mazzini – Stroll along the city’s stylish shopping street, lined with elegant boutiques.
• Piazza delle Erbe – Soak in the lively atmosphere of Verona’s ancient marketplace.
• Piazza dei Signori – Discover this beautiful square surrounded by majestic palaces and Dante’s statue.

During the stroll, the guide will highlight key moments of Verona’s history, describing churches, palaces, Roman remains, and monuments along the way. 

To complete the experience, a guided wine tasting of Amarone, the most iconic wines of Valpolicella. The Pagus Wine Club tasting room is set in an 18th-century cellar, built with the characteristic Adige River stone, featuring stunning brick and tuff vaulted ceilings, creating an authentic and evocative atmosphere.
