Founded in 1925 and dedicated to wine production in the Verona area, Fasoli Gino has been involved in organic agriculture since 1984 and has been using the biodynamic method since 2006: no chemical pesticides to ensure a natural balance of the soil, thus strengthening and revitalizing the plants and promoting biodiversity.
Amadio and Natalino Fasoli deeply believe in this ancient method where farmers work in perfect harmony with nature, following and respecting its rhythms. Additionally, the two brothers enthusiastically embrace all modern agricultural techniques that help them revive the past.
The journey from vineyard to glass respects the culture and values of the territory. Fasoli Gino winery excels in enhancing the versatility of local grapes, producing five wines derived from pure Garganega grapes. Furthermore, the six wines of the Prime Line are characterized by the use of the appassimento method, typical of the Veronese territory. Amarone Alteo, Merlot Calle and Orgno, Pinot Nero Sande, Valpolicella Superiore Valpo, and Cabernet Sauvignon Igino represent the excellences of Fasoli Gino.
The Fasoli Gino Wine Shop is the welcoming place of the winery. A space that arises from the renovation of the ancient cellar and drying room, where grapes were once dried for the sweet wine “San Zeno”. Driven by the desire to reach consumers in a direct and genuine way, the Fasoli brothers have created a place for tastings and visits where the charm of the ancient perfectly merges with more modern lines while preserving the soul of a place that has lived in other eras.
