Brasa Querta was born from the desire of Alberto and Mattia, two young men with a passion for catering and good food, to share a story that begins with this humble and simple element that is the grill, pure wealth and a source of opportunity.

The MEAT in our entire offering is the result of careful and constant selection: you will find only raw materials sourced from producers and suppliers who have made quality their philosophy.
The menu highlights local excellence and raw materials from around the world, with particular regard for animal welfare and grass-fed nutrition. For us, respecting the ingredient is fundamental.
What makes our meat special? Tasty, tender, and juicy thanks to the AGING process that makes it so on the palate. The time spent in our aging chamber depends on the breed, age, diet, and the fat present; a proper balance of these requirements results in perfect aging.
But it is thanks to our GRILL, fueled by high-quality wood and heated by the flames of a live fire, that everything is transformed into a unique experience. Our KOPA GRILL oven combines the ancient cooking method with primal traits, with a modern and functional concept.
