Most of our meats come from farms in the Val d’Illasi, from the pastures of Lessinia, and are raised and processed in Italy.
Inside the store, you will find cuts of beef, pork, sheep, high-quality poultry, and cured meats of our production (salami, sausages, luganega, and cotechino). The preparation of the meats takes place in our laboratory and professional kitchen. In the basement of the store, there is a cellar where our salami is aged.
We are not just a butcher shop, but we also offer our customers a wide range of gourmet products. In the winter season, we prepare cooked or raw cotechini to pair with excellent cuts of meat for boiling, a typical dish from Verona, while in the summer we provide everything needed for a great barbecue with our always homemade polenta.
We specialize in cooking spit-roasted porchetta. Thanks to our experience, we advise customers on which meat to buy, the best way to cook it, and how to enjoy it.
