Very light and easily digestible pizzas made with semi-wholemeal flour from organic farming and stone-ground, or with flour selected from the best grains, using sourdough and matured in the refrigerator for at least 48 hours. The products and cold cuts used are of high quality.
Different types of dough are available, including gluten-free.
