Renato Bosco Pizzeria

The fundamental feature of Renato Bosco's work is curiosity, which constantly drives him to search for something innovative in the world of pizza and leavened products.

In 2006, after various managements of pizzerias, Renato Bosco's establishment, PizzadaRè, was born in San Martino Buon Albergo, that is, in his hometown. PizzadaRè aims to be an ambitious name, thinking of a regal aspect, but above all it wants to be a way to put a face to it, telling the story of its creator RE-born. PizzadaRè is a small take-away pizzeria. Here he offers soft pizza by the slice, Roman-style pizza on a tray, pizza on a board, and classic round pizza. As for the sweet line, he offers tarts and cookies, and despite defining himself as a “pizzaiolo,” he begins to bake the first Panettoni.

Three years later, in 2009, he opens next door Saporè, initially a place dedicated to gastronomy both for enjoyment on-site and in take-away form. Here too, the name combines the name of RE-born with a genuine and tasty concept of culinary proposal.

The name PizzadaRè starts to be incorporated into Saporè, which is distinguished as “Take Away” at number 53 and “Tasting Room” at number 55.

Renato proposes 8 types of pizza, different in shape, consistency, type of leavening, and cooking method. The contemporaneity of Renato's pizza style lies in the continuous research on the dough disk, which must primarily be genuine, digestible, tasty, and should not overlook attention to the nutritional aspects and balance of the dish.
