The building, located in Boarie, dates back to the 1600s.
The constructions are arranged in a horseshoe shape, open to the south. The panoramic terrace is built on an embankment, the retaining wall of which continues east to enclose what was once the garden. Two important staircases lead to the entrance of the main house, to which, probably in the 1800s, another section was added to accommodate the housing needs of two families.
An additional later addition is the attic located to the west. The barns, which enclose the courtyard to the east and west, are made of a light wooden structure supported by small pillars of dressed stone. In some vaults, traces of frescoes can still be seen, featuring architectural and landscape motifs. The courtyard, once paved, was later transformed into a garden.
Detached from the villa, we find the Oratory dedicated to the Madonna and Saints Gaetano and Antonio, built by Achille Balzi in 1715, and located in Boarie.
