I'm Elena, the head supervisor of the Tourist Office of Verona. Working in this office since 2011, I had the opportunity to meet many colleagues over the years, learning a lot from all of them. Contact with tourists taught me that smile is a universal language.
What is your special place of Verona in your heart?
