87° Mostra Provinciale delle Ciliegie Veronesi

The most important and well-known event of the town of Cazzano di Tramigna is dedicated to the quintessential fruit of the area: the "Mora di Cazzano", a prized and tasty variety of cherry with a bright red color, crunchy flesh, and a flavor that finds the right balance between sweetness and acidity, its shape is rounded and of medium-large size.

Right in the territory of Cazzano, this variety has found its ideal habitat for cultivation: the soils are sparse, shallow, and often drought-prone. For over sixty years, the local cherry has represented the main attraction. It has thus become the flagship product of the small town in Eastern Verona.

The cherry market show was born back in 1935; therefore, it boasts a long tradition and is the only exhibition in Verona to be able to proudly bear the title of "provincial show".
