The Estate Teatrale Veronese returns to fill the Roman Theater with great Italian and international music.

As part of the “musical contaminations” event series, June 27th will be an unmissable appointment with the P.A.F. trio.
The musical group composed of Paolo Fresu, Antonello Salis, and Furio Di Castri is considered one of the most influential groups in Italian jazz and plays a fundamental role in the modern era of this musical genre, capable of uniting virtuosity, inventiveness, and an intense communicative ability.

The music of the P.A.F. Trio blends influences from the Mediterranean to South America, passing through Africa, in an intertwining of cultures and sounds rich in inventions and surprising sonic transformations.
After years of great popularity, the trio is now coming together again to offer the audience the chance to relive the energy and creativity that made their performances famous.

Paolo Fresu, an internationally renowned Sardinian trumpeter and composer, Antonello Salis, an accordionist, pianist, and composer, and Furio Di Castri, an internationally recognized Milanese double bassist, will return together to the stage of the Roman Theater to deliver an evening of intense emotions.

The “musical contaminations” event series, hosted within the Veronese Theater Summer, stands out for its ability to unite different languages, internationally acclaimed artists, and new proposals, creating a continuous dialogue between tradition and innovation, between local sounds and global breath.
