Bollito Fair

From November 6 to 9, November 13 to 15, and November 20 to 22, 2026, the exhibition area of Isola della Scala hosts the Fiera del Bollito con la Pearà, also known as Taste of Earth: an event that celebrates traditional Veronese and Venetian cuisine, with a focus on the flavors of Italian gastronomy.

The star of the event is the bollito with the pearà, a symbol of Veronese tradition, accompanied by other autumn specialties and culinary proposals that invite visitors to discover different flavors and cultures. Among the offerings at the fair are also Greek, Spanish, Tyrolean, and Abruzzese cuisine, along with local excellences such as the Riso Nano Vialone Veronese IGP.

There are also collateral events, entertainment, and activities dedicated to families and children, transforming the visit into an experience that combines gastronomy, tradition, and sociability.

The event takes place in the exhibition area of Isola della Scala, with free admission: an opportunity to learn about and taste the culinary traditions of the Veronese territory.
