A circular route of about 8 km, starting at 9:00 a.m. from the Ballarini Olive Mill, on the occasion of its 100th anniversary.
During the walk:
- Visit to the Sanctuary of San Colombano
- Risotto prepared by the Pro Loco of Illasi
- Tastings of extra virgin olive oil at the Ballarini Olive Mill
A special opportunity to rediscover one's roots, enhance the territory, and celebrate the culture of oil and its producers.
