Festa della Sopressa Durello e Panbiscotto di Brenton

From August 21 to 23, we look forward to celebrating the authentic flavors of our territory together! The Brenton Recreational Committee has prepared an unmissable program featuring local specialties, good wine, and ancient traditions.


In the largest district of the hamlet, in a scenographically appealing yet currently forgotten context, it has been decided to create an exhibition that highlights the village and the typical and indigenous products of the area: Sopressa, Durello, Panbiscotto, and the Monte Veronese DOP cheese.

The women of the village will artisanally prepare, as per local tradition, PANBISCOTTO, which pairs excellently with the Veronese soppressa and Durello wine produced in both Veronese and Vicentine regions.

Additionally, for the occasion, a tent structure will be set up where traditional mountain dishes from Eastern Veronese will be offered.
