Gisella's Stronghold in Dance

The Forte Gisella in Dance festival returns for the fifth consecutive year, a contemporary dance festival devised and organized by ErsiliaDanza, a professional company supported by the Ministry of Culture.

The festival is scheduled for July 3, 4, and 5, 2026, in Verona, at Forte Gisella on Via Mantovana, 117, and features participation from 12 professional companies from Italy and one from Belgium.

This year, in addition to two national premieres, Forte Gisella in Dance also offers 2 workshops that will take place during the festival days, with dancers and choreographers Midoti Watanabe and Giulia Roversi.

Laura Corradi, choreographer and founder of ErsiliaDanza, oversees the artistic direction along with Alberta Finocchiaro, technical director and organization manager. Organizational support is provided by Dumitru Ciutac.
