5:00 p.m. - Guided excursion to Malga Camporetratto
7:30 p.m. - Dinner at Malga Camporetratto
9:00 p.m. - Screening of the film "The Voice of the High Pastures"
10:15 p.m. - Farfilò "High Pastures" with the Mountain Priests, Don Matteo, Don Roberto, Don Dario, Don Bruno
11:00 p.m. - Return to the cars

Saturday 22:

12:00 p.m. - Cooking experience "Gnocchi of Lessinia" at Malga Fanta
1:00 p.m. - Lunch at Malga Fanta
2:30 p.m. - Farfilò "Raw Milk Cheeses" with Dr. Giampaolo Gaiarin 
2:30 p.m. - Botany workshop for children and teenagers
4:00 p.m. - Guided tasting of Lessinia mountain hut cheeses at Malga Fanta
8:30 p.m. - Farfilò "The Future of the Huts and Bees": presentation of the books Shepherds, Animals, and Pastures and Large Carnivores by Luca Battaglini, with Giovanni Rigoni Stern in Sala Civica Erbezzo
