PIASE FESTIVAL - Oppeano

The afternoon begins on two wheels with “Between villas, canals, and vineyards: an experience to live by bike”, an itinerary curated by the Veronese Land Reclamation Consortium, Corte Spinelle, and Ecomuseo Aquae Planae, designed to traverse and understand the rural landscape of Oppeano.

Meanwhile, “Rural villages: creative workshop”, led by Chiara Lorenzetti, offers an activity dedicated to the creative reinterpretation of the environments and settlements of the countryside.

At 4.00 p.m., it will be possible to delve into the history and characteristics of Villa La Montara through a guided visit conducted by Katia Galvetto and Veneto Segreto, to discover one of the historic sites featured in the day.

The program continues with the talk “The Plain of the Doges as a sustainable destination among community, accessibility, and landscape protection”. Luca Caputo, Stefania Zanuso, Matteo Pasqualotto, and Katia Ambroso will discuss the prospects for sustainable development in the area, placing the relationship between tourism, local communities, accessibility, and landscape protection at the center.

Concluding the afternoon will be a 0 km aperitif, featuring products from Caseificio Ghidetti, Latteria Paradiso, and Corte Spinelle, to end the day by highlighting the local productions.
