PIASE FESTIVAL - Salizzole

The day kicks off at 9.30 with Between Villas, Flavors, and Shops: Cycling through the History of Salizzole, a bicycle tour until 12.30 to discover the heritage and realities of the area, with stops dedicated to villas, productions, and ancient crafts.

From 12.00 to 2.30, local cuisine will take center stage with lunch dedicated to the Momi di Donna Verde, a typical dish of Salizzole, while during the same time frame, from 12.00 to 3.00, music will accompany the PIASE Gravel Afterparty.

The afternoon will continue at 3.00 with West End Blues: The Journey of Louis, a musical performance dedicated to Louis Armstrong, scheduled until 5.00, while from 3.00 to 4.30, the most creative will have the opportunity to participate in the Cycle-Workshop of Imagination, a workshop designed by the Association La Tela di Leo.

To close the program, from 5.00 to 6.00, there will be the Show Cooking: Let's Prepare the Momi!, dedicated to the preparation of the symbolic dish of Salizzole, followed by a final aperitif.

The activities will take place in Salizzole, referring to Castello di Salizzole, Piazza Castello 29, and will involve various local entities, bringing together culture, food and wine, music, and participation.
