In the context of the Franciscan year 2026, with the eighth centenary of the death of Saint Francis of Assisi (October 3, 1226), the Living Churches Association proposes a thematic guided tour "Saint Francis and the Franciscans in San Fermo Maggiore," inside the church richest in works of art on Franciscan themes, in Verona.
The initiative is part of the Urban Trek "In the footsteps of Francis of Assisi, 800 years later (1226-2026)" promoted by the Municipality of Verona.
