Symphony Season at the Philharmonic Theater

The most classic of the titles of the great ballet repertoire, "Il lago dei cigni", returns after eight years of absence to the stage of the Philharmonic Theatre.

December will be the month of ballet; the dance stars Nicoletta Manni, Timofej Andrijashenko and Alessandro Macario will be the protagonists of the grand finale of the 2024 Season for a production entirely created by Fondazione Arena.

Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's masterpiece will be on stage six times during the month of December, including the special performance on December 31st at 7.30 pm, with an exceptional cast for one evening only.

Princess Odette can break the spell that forces her to take on the appearance of a swan only thanks to love... but the evil wizard Rothbart will come between her and Prince Siegfried.
Redemptive love and the struggle between good and evil, symbolized by the white swan and the black swan, are the main themes of the greatest masterpiece of classical ballet, thanks to the compelling and immortal music of the Russian composer.

The first of Tchaikovsky's three ballets, it is performed in four acts and four scenes.

The show will last 2 and a half hours, including an intermission.
