Teatro nei Cortili

This year, the "Theater in the Courtyards" Festival is proposed again: a packed program of events scheduled from June 10 to September 6, 2026.

As per tradition, the Festival takes place at the Cortile di S. Eufemia, the Cortile di S. Maria in Organo, and at the Cortile Montanari: spacious outdoor areas to fully enjoy this cultural window of the amateur theater scene in the city of Verona, with 20 amateur theater companies from the city presenting 23 different shows, with evening performances to suit all tastes!

As always, the program is quite heterogeneous, ranging from Italian and foreign authors, adaptations, and free interpretations of novels. Engaging plays and ironic comedies that well represent the varied landscape of the city’s amateur theater, which has been performing in this festival organized by the Municipality of Verona for over 30 years.
