Teatro nei Cortili

This year, the “Theater in the Courtyards” Festival is once again proposed: a program rich in events scheduled from June 10 to September 6, 2026.

According to tradition, the Festival takes place at the Courtyard of S. Eufemia, the Courtyard of S. Maria in Organo, and at the Montanari Courtyard: spacious outdoor areas to fully enjoy this cultural window on the amateur theater scene of the city of Verona, with 20 amateur theater companies from the city presenting 23 different shows, with evening performances for all tastes!

As always, the program is quite heterogeneous, spanning between Italian and foreign authors, adaptations and free interpretations of novels. Engaging works and ironic comedies that well represent the varied panorama of amateur theater in the city, which has been performing in this festival organized by the Municipality of Verona for over 30 years.
