This year, the “Theater in the Courtyards” festival is being proposed again: a packed schedule of events programmed from June 21 to September 2, 2025.
As per tradition, the festival takes place at the Courtyards of S. Eufemia, S. Maria in Organo and Cortile Montanari: spacious outdoor areas to enjoy this cultural window of amateur theater in the city of Verona in complete relaxation, always highly appreciated by Veronese and others alike.
162 theatrical performances will be presented, featuring evening events for all tastes! A schedule that is, as always, quite heterogeneous, ranging from Italian and foreign authors, adaptations, and free adaptations from novels. Engaging works and ironic comedies that well represent the varied landscape of the city's amateur theater, which has been performing in this festival organized by the City of Verona for over 30 years.
