From September 18 to 20, 2026, Verona will host the twenty-fourth edition of Tocatì, International Festival of Street Games, organized by the Association of Ancient Games in collaboration with the Municipality of Verona and with the support of the Veneto Region.

The event of traditional playful culture was first organized in 2003 and has quickly become an international reference point!

The squares of Veronetta will transform into a meeting space between distant worlds, connected by an invisible thread made of play, memory, and community together with the guest of honor for this edition; Ireland.

Alongside the guests of honor, there will be Italian games and many cultural activities for an entire weekend that celebrates play as a universal language and bridge between cultures, generations, and territories.

The Association of Ancient Games is ready to showcase the games of Italy and the Italy that plays, within the event that has entered the prestigious Register of Good Practices for the Safeguarding of UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage.
