At Castrum Wine Relais you are awaited with a tasting experience in a unique place where you can live Valpolicella with all your senses, amidst breathtaking landscapes, art, family stories, and great wines.

The tasting experience begins in the boutique winery, with the presentation of the family history and the territory, followed by a guided tasting by our sommeliers of five wines from Valpolicella that we produce, accompanied by local gastronomic products. The wines available for tasting belong to the “Signature Collection – Borghetti Giampiero,” a selection of wines from Valpolicella that authentically express our territory and family tradition.
