The tasting experience begins in the boutique cellar, with the presentation of the family history and the territory, followed by a guided tasting by our sommeliers of five wines from Valpolicella that we produce, accompanied by local gourmet products. The wines for tasting belong to the “Signature Collection – Borghetti Giampiero”, a selection of Valpolicella wines that are an authentic expression of our territory and family tradition.
