At Castrum Wine Relais, an Italian-language tasting experience awaits you in a unique place to experience Valpolicella with all your senses, amid breathtaking views, art, family stories, and great wines.

The tasting experience begins in the boutique winery, with a presentation of the family history and the territory, followed by a guided tasting led by our sommeliers of five wines from Valpolicella produced by us, accompanied by local gastronomic products. The wines being tasted belong to the “Signature Collection – Borghetti Giampiero”, a selection of Valpolicella wines that authentically express our territory and family tradition.
